Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product or service options.

Deliver exceptional face-to-face customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Perform a mix of desk and on-your-feet tasks throughout your shift.

Occasionally assist with non-prescription deliveries; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Participate in an on-call rotation once per month.

Accurately handle cash transactions and count change.

Understand and use Roman numerals and the months of the year in daily operations.

Maintain punctuality and reliability with all scheduled shifts.

Minimum 2 years of face-to-face customer service experience, ideally with patients.

Previous retail experience preferred.

Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.

Basic knowledge of healthcare insurance is a plus.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
