A dual density foam crib provides lateral stability, while the soft cover stretches to minimize shear. Dual layers of air cells prevent bottoming out when the head of the bed is raised, and provide air depth greater than 5 inches for effective pressure relief. The compact, quiet pump has an adjustable pressure control that allows the surface to be customized for each patient.
