Thank you for your interest in Jayhawk Pharmacy Custom Prescription Center. We would like to take a few minutes of your time to explain the procedures of ordering/receiving a prescription from our pharmacy.
Ordering Information:
The initial prescription is obtained from a prescribing practitioner. Your practitioner may fax your prescription to our 24-hour fax line at (785) 228-9745, or your practitioner may phone in the prescription to our pharmacists at (800) 338-9700, or you may mail in the prescription. Our pharmacists are available by phone for consultations with the practitioner and/or patient.
Payment:
An invoice is enclosed with the prescription. Payment is due prior to shipping and may be made by check or a credit card (VISA/Mastercard).
As a courtesy at Jayhawk Pharmacy, and where applicable, our pharmacy may bill the insurance carrier. A copy of the FRONT and BACK of the prescription and/or insurance card will be needed. Please include your name, address, phone number and date of birth.
Shipment:
Most prescriptions are filled and shipped within one working day of contacting us. Prescriptions are mailed first class, for a nominal fee, and can take 3-10 business days to deliver (large packages are shipped UPS Ground).
If a prescription is needed immediately, we do have overnight delivery. For these special mailing requests, a prescription must be phoned or faxed in before 3:30 p.m. Central Standard Time. Please note that the special mailing needs should be requested at the time of placing your order, and there will be an additional charge added to your invoice for this service.

Jayhawk Custom Prescription Center is unable to bill insurance companies. We do provide universal claim forms for patients to self-submit those prescriptions.
